URBAN LAND INSTITUTE NAMES NEW CHAIR
Chris Morrow, senior v.p. and director of planning with Project Design Consultants, has been named the new chair of the Urban Land Institute San Diego/Tijuana District Council. Morrow will serve as chair for a one-year term renewable for up to three years. A 23-year veteran of the real estate industry, Morrow has been involved with ULI since 2004, serving as the chair of ULI’s annual Smart Growth Awards in 2007 and chair of ULI’s technical advisory panels in 2008 and 2009.
