The Gaylord project, a $1 billion hotel and convention center proposed for Chula Vista ’s bayfront, will be among topics covered at an April 8 panel program sponsored by the Urban Land Institute’s San Diego/Tijuana chapter. It will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the University Club at Symphony Towers , 750 B St. Panelists include Chula Vista Mayor Cheryl Cox and Kip Howard of Allegis Development Services. Ian Gill of Highland Partnership Inc. will be moderator.
